Susy Ryan

Susy Ryan is a seasoned program manager specializing in support operations, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Netsmart since June 2018. In this role, Susy leads the end-to-end ServiceNow product lifecycle, managing feature innovation, upgrade processes, and integration with various platforms while acting as the Business Relationship Manager for support applications.
