Lauren Adame

Lauren Adame has extensive work experience in project management and creative operations. Lauren most recently worked at Netspend as the Associate Director of Creative Operations, where they led the Creative team in completing various projects and played a key role in shaping the future of the organization. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Producer & Creative Operations Manager at Netspend, managing both small and large-scale initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lauren also has experience in project management and client communication as an Engagement Manager at Affiniscape. Lauren has held various roles in design and architecture earlier in their career, including positions at Mood Media, Affiniscape, EDI Architecture, and Aynesworth Architects.

Lauren Adame has a diverse education history. Lauren obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. Later, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interactive Media Design from The Art Institutes. Before their college education, Lauren received their High School Diploma from St. Agnes Academy. Additionally, they have acquired a certification in Organizational Improvement through the HDO at UT Austin, which they obtained in February 2022.
