Christina Haerter has a diverse work experience in the field of injection molding machines and system solutions. Christina started their career as a Praktikantin at ARBURG GmbH + Co KG in 2005. Christina then worked as a Researcher PHD Student at the University of Stuttgart from 2006 to 2010. Christina joined NETSTAL in 2010 as an R&D Engineer for plastification systems and later became a Team Leader Process Technology. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Head of Application Engineering, responsible for industrial property rights. Currently, Christina is the Head of Business Unit Medical at NETSTAL, focusing on high-quality injection molding machines and system solutions for the medical technology industry.

Christina Haerter completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2007 at the University of Stuttgart, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.). In 2014 to 2015, they pursued further education at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights and earning a patent engineer qualification. In 2021, Christina Haerter attended ZHAW School of Management and Law, completing a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Management-oriented Economics. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Expert certification from STAUFEN. in 2023.
