Simon R. is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security engineering and analysis. Currently serving as the Security Engineering Team Leader at Nettitude Group since February 2018, Simon has also held roles as a Senior Security Analyst and Security Analyst. Prior to this, Simon worked at QinetiQ as a SOC Practitioner, where responsibilities included monitoring high-profile IT environments and managing incidents. Simon's career in cybersecurity began in the Royal Air Force, where roles included Deployed Systems Engineer and Network Engineer, focusing on tactical communications and system maintenance. Simon holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from De Montfort University and multiple certifications from the SANS Cyber Retraining Academy and Cisco Networking Academy.
