Kim Lane-Torrez is an accomplished network engineer and team lead with extensive experience in technical support and network management. Currently working at Network 1 Consulting since May 2016, Kim has developed leadership and technical skills while also serving as a network engineer. Previous roles include network engineer at Eclipse-Networks Inc., where responsibilities included managing technical services and configuring WAN/LAN networks, and support services technician at Prommis Solutions, providing support for over 1000 end users. Kim is a graduate of the Gwinnett Young Professionals Leadership Institute, emphasizing skills in communication, problem-solving, and emotional business intelligence, and holds degrees in Technical Management and Cisco technical training from DeVry University and Gwinnett Technical College, respectively.
