Mike McGinnis has a diverse work experience. Mike started working at Adtech Global in 2007, where they held multiple roles including Order Manager, Quality Technician, Purchasing and Logistics Specialist, and Purchasing Manager. At Adtech Global, they performed daily Quality monitor and measurement tasks, maintained metrics for business performance, and developed process development recommendations. In 2010, they joined Enigma Nexus as a Lead Designer, where they were responsible for game design from concept to completion and managed groups of testers. In 2017, they joined Network Allies, LLC as a Program Manager.
