Currently serving as Chief Pilot and General Manager Flight Operations at Network Aviation since July 2022, Bartlett previously held significant roles at Virgin Australia from February 2016 to July 2022, including Head of Flight Operations for Virgin Australia Regional Airlines and Manager of Flight Training and Standards. Prior to that, Bartlett was Chief Operating Officer at Airnorth and worked as a Flying Operations Inspector for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
