Jake Williams is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Maintenance Operations at Network Aviation since May 2022, Jake has also held the position of Operations Manager in a secondment role. Previously, positions included Licensed Aircraft Engineer and Engineering Shift Supervisor (2IC) with responsibilities overseeing teams of aircraft engineers in various maintenance environments. With a strong educational background, Jake is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management while holding a Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, along with multiple specialized aviation certifications and training.

Network Aviation is a West Australian based company that has been providing air charter services since 1998. Over the last 20 years Network has grown significantly, and in 2011 became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group. Network operates the largest fleet of Fokker 100’s at Perth Airport with 17 aircraft along with 6 Airbus 320's operating over 300 weekly flights to destinations throughout WA and beyond. Network caters for the resources industry Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO), regular passenger services on behalf of Qantas, corporate charter and routine or emergency freight. From movement of personnel to or from a remote mine site or an aircraft charter for a corporate event, Network can tailor its service to meet any requirements. Networks pilots, flight attendants, ground staff and administrative staff are committed to passenger safety and comfort.
