Michael McLaughlin is a skilled aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering. Currently serving as a B1 Certifying Engineer for A320/F100 at Network Aviation since May 2021, Michael previously held positions at Virgin Australia as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Etihad Airways as a Station Mechanic, and flydubai as a B1 Certifying Engineer for B737NG. Additional experience includes roles at Jet2.com, Monarch Aircraft Engineering, and Ryanair, where Michael began as an Apprentice Aircraft Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Higher Certificate in Electronic Engineering with Distinction in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and a Leaving Certificate from Marian College in Dublin.

Network operates the largest fleet of Fokker 100’s at Perth Airport with 17 aircraft along with 6 Airbus 320's operating over 300 weekly flights to destinations throughout WA and beyond.
