Andrew Mitchem has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Network Rail Consulting, overseeing operations in New York, New Jersey, and Washington since March 2019. Previously, Andrew held key engineering leadership roles, including Engineering Director for Saudi Railway Company and various positions at Network Rail, such as Strategic Development Manager and Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery Manager for the Wales route. Andrew's expertise includes managing maintenance and operational strategies, leading large teams, and implementing innovative solutions to improve asset reliability. Andrew holds a BSc(Hons) in Technology from The Open University.
