David Ramsbottom currently serves as the Network Operations & Planning Director for Network Rail Consulting in Saudi Arabia, where responsibilities include leading a team to implement ERTMS and developing a new operating rule book for SAR. Prior to this role, David spent eight years as the Head of Operations for Network Rail on the London North Western Route, focusing on safety, performance, and customer service. David's experience also includes various operations management roles on the West Coast Main Line and with Railtrack and British Rail, where a range of managerial and compliance roles were undertaken. David's educational background includes attendance at Cardinal Langley High School from 1984 to 1989.
