Victoria Hill-Stanford

Victoria Hill-Stanford is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Performance and Assurance at Network Rail since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial governance, procurement, and cost planning activities, as well as leading Power BI analytics development for the team. Previously, Victoria held the position of Programme Commercial Manager at Network Rail Infrastructure Limited and served as a Senior Commercial Manager at Network Rail from 2004 to 2013. Additionally, Victoria is self-employed as a Director and Senior Commercial Manager, focusing on forensic claim preparation, business improvement, and contract training. Victoria's early career included a role as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Birse Construction. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Psychology from The Open University and an HND in Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, along with professional accreditations such as FRICS and MCIPS.
