Vincent van der Hoeven Cmiosh

Vincent van der Hoeven CMIOSH has extensive experience in the quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) sector, currently serving as the Head of Quality Health Safety and Environment at Network Rail since September 2013. Vincent has held various roles within Network Rail, including Programme Manager for QHSE, Route Level Crossing Manager, Local Operations Manager in Havant, Mobile Operations Manager at Clapham Junction and Wimbledon, and Graduate Manager. Additionally, Vincent will serve as the Head of Safety at South Western Railway from October 2023 to March 2025. Vincent holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey, completed between 2008 and 2012.
