Nancy Kelly

Nancy Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and negotiation, currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at Neuberger Berman since September 2012. In this role, Nancy is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of vendor contracts, while also developing a contracts database to streamline workflow processes. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Axiom Global, Inc., where Nancy created tools for the outsourced legal team and trained staff on negotiation strategies. As a negotiator for Goldman Sachs, Nancy managed complex global contracts and provided legal counseling, and in earlier roles at Goldman Sachs, Nancy advanced through various positions to become Vice President of Contracts, Privacy, and IP Legal, overseeing technology-related contracts and training teams on negotiation best practices. Nancy holds an Associate's degree from Katharine Gibbs School.
