Mathilde Frin has extensive experience in quality management within the food industry. Currently, as Responsable qualité at NEUHAUSER since January 2018, Mathilde oversees a team focused on quality and hygiene management, implements quality management systems, and drives IFS and BRC certification processes. Prior roles include Coordinatrice Qualité/Laboratoire at CSR SA Loïc Raison, where responsibilities included non-conformity management and conducting hygiene audits, and Assistante Qualité at St-Michel Guingamp, where Mathilde implemented new procedures and conducted quality controls. Earlier positions also involved coordinating production and quality at St-Michel Commercy and contributing to R&D initiatives at various St-Michel facilities. Mathilde holds a degree in agro-food industry techniques from Oniris Nantes and a DUT in Biological Engineering from IUT Saint-Brieuc.
