Tom Abel is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently, Tom oversees projects at Neuman Pools, Inc., managing them from the permit process through to completion, including both bid and design-build projects. Prior experience includes project management roles at Menards, where Tom focused on the layout and design of manufacturing and distribution warehouse buildings, as well as site development and construction. Tom's career began as a general laborer at Neuman Pools, Inc., and Tom later served as an assistant project manager, collaborating on large-scale commercial aquatic facilities. Tom holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
