Nathan Fantin

Nathan Fantin is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in solution architecture and implementation in the contact center domain. Currently serving as a Manager and Senior Solution Architect at NeuraFlash since October 2020, Nathan has previously held roles at Talkdesk and Genesys, where responsibilities included driving feature enhancements for PureConnect, leading integration projects with CRM applications, and overseeing platform design for large contact center environments. Earlier career roles involved designing IVR and SMS applications, facilitating migrations to PureConnect, managing project implementations, and conducting quality assurance testing. Nathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis.
