Cale Lackey

Cale Lackey is an experienced construction and maintenance professional with a strong background in mechanical and structural supervision. Currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at Neuralink since December 2023, Cale previously held the position of Pump Department Manager at FAIN DRILLING & PUMP CO INC, where significant innovations in off-grid automated well pump systems were developed. Prior to that, Cale advanced through various roles at Kiewit, achieving Mechanical Superintendent status after managing preventative maintenance, and successfully contributing to the construction of the Blue Water Energy Center as a Structures Superintendent. Additional experience includes serving as Maintenance Supervisor at Wencor MRO Group, as well as earlier roles in welding, fabrication, and as a factory-trained technician with Harley Davidson, complemented by education from Universal Technical Institute.
