Lesley Chan is an experienced engineer specializing in microfabrication and research and development. Currently serving as the Microfabrication R&D Team Lead at Neuralink since August 2020, Lesley has a rich background that includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, where research focused on scalable fabrication methods for sub-wavelength surface structures and micro/nanoscale III-nitride light emitters.
