Steve Dickinson

Steve Dickinson is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Neurocrine Biosciences since September 2023, Steve has previously held key leadership roles, including Head of Clinical Operations and Programme Director at Sosei Heptares, where the focus was on early stage development programs up to Phase 2 proof of concept. An Independent Consultant and Company Director at Fourstones Limited in 2016, Steve provided strategic guidance in global functional leadership and clinical development. Prior experience at Roche spanned over two decades, with positions including Senior Clinical Operations Leader in Neuroscience and Global Head of Clinical Pharmacology Operations, overseeing a diverse array of therapeutic areas. Steve began his career as a Senior Scientist at Reckitt & Colman, following early research experience at the Institute of Neurology, University of London. An alumnus of The University of Manchester, Steve holds a Ph.D. in Neuropharmacology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiology.
