Jake Reid

Jake Reid has extensive experience in operations and contract management, currently serving as Global Director of Contracts at NeuroLeadership Institute since September 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing contracts staff and managing complex negotiations for major clients. Prior to this role, Jake held the position of Global Operations Manager at NeuroLeadership Institute, enhancing operational efficiency across fourteen global offices. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations and Investor Relations at SilverLeaf Companies from May 2007 to June 2008, where process development was a key focus, and as Chinese Expedition Manager at Snow Lion Expeditions from October 2005 to May 2008, utilizing fluent Mandarin to lead tours in Mainland China. Jake holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Utah and furthered education at the United States Senate Judiciary Committee and Peking University.
