Sandhya C. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Sandhya started their career in 2006 as an Executive in Bioanalytical research at Reliance Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on BA/BE and Preclinical research. In 2010, they joined Biocon Bristol Myers Research Squibb Centre as a Research Associate-II, focusing on DMPK. From 2011 to 2018, Sandhya worked at Incozen Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. as a Scientist-II, specializing in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics. In 2018, they moved to Syngene International Limited, where they served as a Senior Research Scientist in the DMPK department until 2021. Currently, Sandhya is working as a Research Scientist-II at Neuron23.

Sandhya C. completed their undergraduate studies at Osmania University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Genetics, and Chemistry from 2000 to 2003. Sandhya then pursued a Master's degree in Microbiology, General at Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visva Vidyalayam in Tirupathi from 2003 to 2005. Later, they attended the Reliance Institute of Life Sciences (RILS) from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a diploma in clinical research (YCPP) with a specialization in the Reliance School of Life Sciences.
