Shu Han is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Neusoft Technology Solutions GmbH since October 2022, Shu has previously held significant roles, including Head of Mercedes-Benz Powertrain China at Daimler Trucks and Buses China from June 2019 to May 2022, and Sales Director at FEV Powertrain Technology Co., Ltd. from May 2015 to April 2019. Earlier positions include Head of Project Engineering at Turck (Tianjin) Industrial Engineering Co., Ltd. and Project Manager at Bosch Engineering GmbH, where responsibilities varied from ECU System development to technical project coordination. Shu holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Tianjin University.

Founded in 1989 and previously known as “innovative systems GmbH” NTS was acquired from Harman Becker by Neusoft Corporation in 2010.
