Natalie Brown

Natalie Brown, PhD, currently serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Workforce Development and Community Colleges at the Nevada System of Higher Education since February 2023. Prior experience includes a decade as Executive Director at Truckee Meadows Community College, where operational efficiency was enhanced through oversight of multiple academic and student services while actively participating in various committees. Previous roles also encompassed leadership positions at the University of Utah, including Director of Assessment and Director of the Transfer Center, where Natalie contributed to the development of advice and support strategies for students. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah, an MA in Foreign Languages and Literature, and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature, both from the University of Nevada, Reno.
