Sasha Ortega has extensive experience in educational support and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Student Tutor, Teachers Assistant, and Student Outreach at the Nevada System of Higher Education since August 2016, Sasha is responsible for organizing scientific outreach activities and providing assistance in Math, Science, and English. Additionally, as a Summer Bridge Teachers Assistant at Truckee Meadows Community College, responsibilities include running supplemental instruction for recent high school graduates and developing lesson plans to aid in their success. Since February 2014, Sasha has also worked as a Special Finance Internet Manager at Lithia Hyundai of Reno, managing internet leads and facilitating sales. Educational credentials include a degree in Community Health Science, Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an Associate of Science in Community Health Science from Truckee Meadows Community College, along with an Associate of Occupational Paralegal Studies from Career College of Northern Nevada.
