Christian Gross

Christian Gross has over two decades of experience in the footwear and design industry, currently serving as Senior Creative Design Manager at New Balance since April 2011. In this role, Christian oversees Global Lifestyle and Kids footwear design categories, managing a team of designers while influencing global initiatives and driving brand creative vision. Previous positions within New Balance include Creative Design Manager for both Lifestyle & Kids and Classics, where strategic leadership and innovation were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes positions at Pony International and Sultan Dental Products, with early roles as a Senior Graphic Designer. Christian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from LIU Post.
