Spencer Morrison

Spencer Morrison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and retail management, currently serving as the Sr. Project Development Lead for Lifestyle Footwear at New Balance since November 1993. Throughout a diverse career at New Balance, Spencer has effectively managed and mentored multiple product development teams across various categories, including Classics, Running, and Outdoor Footwear. Daily collaboration with Sourcing, Costing, Marketing, and Design teams ensures product integrity and timely delivery. Prior to this, Spencer held roles within the Retail Division, developing successful merchandise assortments that drove substantial sales growth. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Reorder Account Representative at AFF. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Plymouth State University, complemented by foundational education at Bishop Guertin High School.
