Shannon Mash has extensive experience in business support and customer service, currently holding multiple managerial roles at New Directions since September 2015, including Business Support Manager, Business Development Manager, Executive Account Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to this, Shannon worked as a Customer Service Representative at Thrifty Car & Van Rental from May 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included branch operations and daily reporting. Shannon's educational background includes an ILM Level 4 in Management from Call of the Wild, an NVQ in Management and Leadership from Qube Learning, and several GCSEs from Ysgol Dinas Bran.
