Jonathan Smalley is an experienced leader in business strategy and operations with a strong background in technology and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President at New Era Cap since September 2022, Jonathan previously founded and led Yaguara as CEO from December 2016 to January 2021. Jonathan co-founded Brllnt (formerly Brilliant Collaborations) and held the roles of Co-Founder and CEO from March 2014 to October 2016, overseeing its strategic direction. Earlier experiences include a Technical Consultant position at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and roles at the Medical University of South Carolina, where Jonathan developed innovative medical simulations and applications, contributed to research, and collaborated with healthcare professionals. Jonathan also gained experience as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual, providing financial solutions and client support. Jonathan holds a degree from Samford University, completed in 2013.
