Janice Tay

Janice Tay has over a decade of experience in transaction services and business support, currently serving as Manager of Transaction Services at New Forests since May 2013, where support is provided to the Investments and Operations Teams across all transactions. Prior to this role, Janice occupied various positions at MEMC Electronic Materials, including Senior Business Support & Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations and Quality. Additional experience includes HR Executive roles at REC Cells Pte Ltd and Trio-Tech International, along with Business Support Officer duties. Janice holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has foundational education from St Andrews Junior College and Crescent Girls' School.
