Brett Haines has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of agricultural genetics, beginning in 2007 as Area Sales Manager for Genex Cooperative, Inc. and Cooperative Resources International. Brett then moved to CRV USA in 2010, where they held several roles, including Breeding Program Coordinator, Managing Director BU North America, and National Manager Sales and Technical Service. From 2017 to 2019, they worked for Premier Select Sires, Inc. as a Technician Supervisor before returning to CRV USA in 2019 as General Manager-Sales. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of New Generation Genetics. Throughout their career, Haines has demonstrated skills in developing new strategic visions, restructuring sales and marketing staff, and maximizing efficiency to promote profitable growth.
Brett Haines attended Delaware Valley University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science.
