Meredith Kaufman is a Standards Specialist at New Hope Network since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Gardening and Culinary Instructor with Slow Food, focusing on teaching children healthy cooking techniques. Meredith has held roles as an Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judges Diego Hunt and Christopher Zenisek at the 1st Judicial District of Colorado. Academic contributions include a Graduate Assistantship at the University of Arkansas School of Law, specializing in agricultural law and bankruptcy, and internships focused on policy and legal research in the areas of organic agriculture and public health. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Bucknell University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, and an LL.M in Agriculture and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
