Muhammad Tahir Qamar is an experienced professional in the field of engineering with a strong focus on building automation and project management. Currently serving as the Business Unit Head - ELV & BMS and Building Automation Lead at New Horizon since April 2020, Muhammad has overseen significant projects such as the Hive Tower and Indus Hospital. Prior to this role, Muhammad was the Engineering Team Lead at RESCO Pvt Ltd from October 2015 to March 2020, where multiple high-profile projects were successfully executed, including the World Bank HVAC automation system and Lucky One Mall's building systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), along with an Engineer's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET). Early career experiences involved internships across various companies, providing a solid foundation in instrumentation and optical transmission systems.
