Patrick Young

Patrick Young has been serving at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since June 2007, where Patrick currently holds the position of Interim Executive Director of Career Development Services and also works as an Adjunct Instructor in Computing & Effective Communication. With extensive experience in employer relations and career services, Patrick has successfully led teams, cultivated corporate partnerships, and managed significant career fairs, generating substantial revenue. Additionally, Patrick has developed and implemented strategic plans focused on student success and equity while providing instruction on career preparation topics. Previously, Patrick held various roles at The College of New Jersey, including Student Employment/Recruitment Coordinator, showcasing a strong foundation in career services and higher education administration. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.
