Zac Stager

Zac Stager currently serves as the Assistant Director for Employer Relations and On-Campus Engagement at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Zac held the position of Assistant Director for Employer Strategy at Northwestern Career Advancement and worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, focusing on career readiness for students. Zac's extensive experience includes serving as the Industry to Campus Connector at Rutgers University, where Zac contributed to the Rutgers Summer Service Internship initiative, and as a Career Services Graduate Assistant, managing employer outreach and providing career counseling. Zac's earlier roles include Marketing Lead at Infinity Top LLC, ELC Program Coordinator at East Stroudsburg University, Campus Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual, and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. Zac holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
