Jay Mandziuk, CFE, has extensive experience with the New Jersey State Police, currently serving as Major and Director of the Regional Operations & Intelligence Center since January 2006. Mandziuk's career includes roles such as Commandant of the NJSP Academy, Executive Officer of the Regional Operations & Intelligence Center, and Bureau Chief of the Violent & Organized Crime Control South Bureau. Key responsibilities involve overseeing intelligence collection and analysis related to criminal activities, coordinating with law enforcement agencies, and managing operations targeting violent gangs. Additionally, Mandziuk has held various positions within the Gangs & Organized Crime Units and has experience as a State Trooper in multiple units prior to 2005. Mandziuk's educational background includes a Master of Administrative Science and multiple graduate certificates from Fairleigh Dickinson University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting & Information Systems from Queens College. Mandziuk also completed the FBI National Academy in 2021.
