Matthew Kratzer

Matthew Kratzer has extensive experience in law enforcement and customer service. Currently serving as a Police Officer in the Anti-Crime Unit at NJ TRANSIT since July 2018, Matthew proactively investigates crimes, drafts subpoenas, gathers evidence, and prepares reports. Previously, in the Patrol Division, duties included patrolling key transit locations and securing crime scenes. Prior to law enforcement, Matthew worked as a Sales & Leasing Representative at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Edison for nearly nine years, where ranked in the top 5% for customer service and maintained high sales performance. Matthew also served as a Product Knowledge Specialist, where strong communication skills were utilized to educate customers about vehicle features. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Kean University.
