Cindy Frantz

Cindy Frantz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in client finance and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Director of Finance at New Leaders since April 2025, Frantz previously held multiple roles at EdTec from July 2015 to March 2025, progressing from Client Manager to Sr Director of Client Finance. Earlier experiences include independent consulting for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation and an MBA internship focused on communications strategy at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Frantz's career began in communications and project management, highlighted by positions at the North Carolina Network of Grantmakers and Josephson Institute. Cindy holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
