Sonia Beatty

Sonia previously served as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing Training for American Express in their Establishment Services National Division. As President of Targeted Business Solutions, Inc., a performance management consulting firm, Sonia partners with corporate, educational, and non-profit agencies, providing support on issues including: strategic planning; executive coaching; curriculum development; design and implementation of multi-year initiatives; and leadership and team development training.

Sonia holds a cum laude bachelor’s degree in education and sociology from Hunter College and a master’s degree in human resources management and development from the Graduate School of Management and Urban Professions – The New School for Social Research. She was named as one of “25 Influential Black Women in Business” by The Network Journal and is an active community leader who has served on the boards of St. Peter’s University Hospital, The State Theater, and A+ for Kids – Teacher Network.
