Ida Rutten- van der Wal

Ida Rutten-van der Wal is an experienced executive and group coach, currently serving at New Level Work since February 2020, where leadership development solutions are provided to enhance workplace thriving. As a Chief Guide at Chief since November 2021, Ida facilitates and coaches Core Groups and contributes as a Faculty Member at CRR Global, co-leading the accredited ORSC program. With a comprehensive background in coaching, including certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach at Orange Smile and founding Dutch Flowers in Lagos, Ida has also held various impactful roles such as Board Member for ICF Netherlands and Project Coordinator for HEINEKEN's Africa Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Business Administration degree from the University of Groningen and various leadership and coaching certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute and CRR Global.
