Lily Gu, MEd, MEng, PCC, is an experienced coach and educator with a strong background in leadership development and organizational coaching. As a Mentor Coach in the Certificate in Organizational Coaching program at The University of British Columbia, Lily supports emerging coaches in developing core competencies at the PCC level. In addition, Lily provides leadership coaching to staff and faculty at UBC and serves as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at New Level Work, aiding leaders in navigating challenges with confidence. Lily is the Founder and Principal Coach at LGU Journey, focusing on personal and professional transformation, and is also a Professional Development Coach with Sayge, promoting accessible coaching in the workplace.
