Leann James

Leann James has extensive experience in retail management, with a career spanning from June 2008 to August 2022. At New Look, Leann served as Territory Leader and Regional Business Manager from March 2015 to August 2022, overseeing complex store management and leading a team of over 100 in a 26,000 square foot location. Prior to this, Leann held the position of Mega Store Manager at New Look from September 2013 to March 2015. Earlier roles at Topshop Topman included Mega Store Manager, Store Manager, and Flagship Operations Manager, where Leann achieved the South Mega rank 1 and significantly contributed to regional strategy and operations.
