Chris Kinsley

Chris Kinsley currently serves as the Interim Vice President for Administration and Finance at New Mexico State University since August 2024. Previously, Kinsley was the Chief Financial Officer at New College of Florida from March 2020 to August 2024, expressing enthusiasm for the role. Prior to that, Kinsley spent over 14 years with the State University System of Florida - Board of Governors as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Finance & Facilities, focusing on funding oversight for substantial capital projects and collaboration with university management to ensure alignment with strategic policies. Kinsley began a career in finance as the Chief Comptroller at the Florida Department of Education from January 2000 to January 2006. Kinsley holds a Master of Accounting degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
