Don Conning is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in design management and project leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Design Management at New Murabba since June 2023, Don previously founded Level Architect, a boutique architecture practice in Ho Chi Minh City, where operations ran from June 2020 to June 2023. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Gensler, overseeing the Singapore and Bangkok offices, and Director at Aedas, where Don expanded operations within Indochina and delivered multiple award-winning projects. Don's career also includes positions as Senior Architect at Farrells, where responsibilities included supervising major railway projects, and as an Architect at P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd, contributing to various commercial and residential designs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Dundee.
