Richard Carr is an experienced design and project director with a robust background in the real estate and retail sectors. Richard held the position of Design Director at LandsecU+I from May 2023 to September 2023 and served as Design Director and Project Director at Landsec from October 2017 to September 2023. Previously, Richard worked as a Development Manager at Westfield from August 2015 to October 2017 and as Retail Development Director for the UK and Ireland at Value Retail from April 2007 to August 2015. Richard is an alumnus of Leeds Beckett University and received foundational education at Lawrence Sheriff.
