New Narrative
Brianna Kaalakea currently serves as the Residential Treatment Home Facility Administrator at LifeWorks NW, ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and maintaining a safe, homelike environment for residents. Since June 2018, Brianna has been a founding member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative at New Narrative, focusing on promoting diverse voices and positive organizational change. With a background in various roles, including Licensed Residential House Manager and Lead Drug and Alcohol Residential Counselor, Brianna has demonstrated a commitment to team success and effective client care. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree from Portland State University in Psychology, Social Science, and Liberal Studies, along with a High School Diploma from Kamehameha Schools Hawaii in the Business and Leadership Academy.
