Dan Calabrese is a seasoned clinician with extensive experience in social work and mental health services. Since May 2017, Dan has held a clinician position at New Narrative, focusing on developing and monitoring individualized service plans for treatment and recovery. In addition to the role at New Narrative, Dan has worked with Ancora Wellness since October 2021. Prior experience includes various internships and roles in organizations like Second Home and Mount Regis Center, where Dan facilitated group therapy and managed treatment plans. Dan's background encompasses advocacy for marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals at Roanoke Diversity Center, and hands-on experience in youth mentoring and community outreach. Dan holds a Master of Social Work from George Fox University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ferrum College.
