Prior to this role, Ayesha served as a Recruiter at Efficiency Solutions, conducting interviews, implementing recruiting strategies, and managing employee onboarding. Ayesha holds a Human Resources Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, obtained from 2018 to 2021.
