Desiree Deane Venturanza is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and operations management, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at New Visions for Public Schools since April 2016. Prior to this role, Desiree held positions at World Youth Alliance, including Human Resources and Operations Manager and Asia Pacific Regional Director of Operations, where key responsibilities involved managing employee onboarding, payroll, performance evaluations, and visa processes.
