Erik Lazo is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Manufacturing Engineer at New World Medical since March 2021, Erik also operates Sigma Pickleball LLC as the Owner. Prior experience includes roles as an Advanced Process Technology Engineer at Biosense Webster, where responsibilities encompassed project management and process optimization, and as an Engineer at Kelly Space & Technology, focusing on various testing projects. Erik's formative experience includes coaching soccer at high schools and tutoring at Rialto Middle School, demonstrating a commitment to education and mentorship. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from California State University-San Bernardino.
